Low-carb protein mug cake from the microwave

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 20 g powder (chocolate protein powder)
  • 5 g baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • e.g. Stevia, honey or sugar
  • n. B. Fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with protein powder

First, combine the natural yogurt and egg in a soup bowl. Then add the protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix until creamy and lump-free. Finally, sweeten with stevia, honey, or sugar to taste. Place the soup bowl on a plate (the cake may overflow) and bake in the microwave for about 3 minutes at 900 watts. If you like, decorate the finished mug cake with fruit.
