  • 1 kg Mixed minced meat
  • 250 g Toast
  • 375 ml Milk hot
  • 250 g Chopped onion
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 5 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 5 piece Eggs
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley
  • Oil
  1. Cut the toast into large cubes and pour boiling milk over them. Fry the onions, garlic and finely chopped bacon. Mix the minced meat with the soaked toast, onion mixture and the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Then fry out as usual and enjoy the delicious, fluffy Baggerla!
