Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.38 liters of milk
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Fat, for baking

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy

Mix flour with baking powder, then stir in milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Heat fat in a pan. Spread a ladleful of batter evenly on each side and cook first on one side, then, adding a little fat, on the other.
