Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 750 ml cream, whipped
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 ml egg white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Basic recipe

Whisk 125ml egg whites with 200g sugar until warm, then whisk until cold. Then fold in 750ml whipped cream. Pour into the desired molds. Place in the freezer and freeze. This basic recipe can be enhanced with any fruit flavoring and suitable liqueurs.
