Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 40 cl champagne
- 4 scoops of ice cream (lime sorbet ice cream)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Remove the ice from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Divide the champagne between two glasses. Add one or two scoops of ice to each glass and stir until frothy. Delicious as a dessert, between courses, or just on its own.
