Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup remoulade
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tbsp jelly (blackcurrant)
  • 3 cl brandy
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

slightly sweet sauce, super easy

Mix all ingredients well. Depending on your taste, you can add a little more currant jelly or omit the brandy for children.
