Horseradish sauce with apple and quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple, e.g. Golden Delicious
  • 20 g horseradish, fresh
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp low-fat curd cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

A spicy, fruity sauce for example with fondue chinoise or bourguignonne

Finely dice the apple. Mix all ingredients. Season to taste. Serve as a side dish with pork, Chinese fondue, or Bourguignonne.
