Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g cheese (Romadur)
- 125 g cheese (Limburger)
- 40 g butter
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, rose hot
- some pickled gherkins
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Remove the rind from the cheese and mash it with a fork. Then mix in all the ingredients. Make a small pile on a wooden plate and surround it with pickle slices. Serve with hearty black bread and a glass of Franconian wine. Tip: Use fresh radishes instead of onions.
