Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water
  • 1 tsp flavoring (orange)

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Stir the gelling sugar into the orange juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 4 minutes. Add the orange blossom water and orange flavoring. While still hot, pour into jelly jars and turn upside down for about 5 minutes. Makes about 5 jars, depending on size.
