Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 400 ml sunflower oil
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 300 g applesauce
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 20 g cinnamon powder
- 15 g gingerbread spice
- 200 g flour
- 200 g sultanas
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 1 tbsp butter, for the mold
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp water

super juicy
Place the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until frothy. Then add the oil and mix well. Gradually add the hazelnuts, cocoa, apple sauce, cinnamon, gingerbread spice, and sultanas and mix well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the batter. Mix everything well. Line a 26cm springform pan with baking paper and grease the edges. Pour in the batter and bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 45-50 minutes. A skewer test is recommended. Let the cake cool. Mix the icing sugar with the vanilla sugar, stir into the water, and spread it on the cake. Tip: You can also use a ring-shaped cake pan. Just grease it.
