Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tsp peppercorns, black, ground
- 5 tsp peppercorns, white, ground
- 1 tsp peppercorns, green, dried, ground
- 2 tsp nutmeg, grated
- ½ stalk(s) cinnamon, ground
- 3 bay leaves, ground
- 2 tsp cloves, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix everything well. Shake vigorously, especially before use. Stored tightly in a cool, dark place, the seasoning mix will retain its flavor for about 6 months. It’s suitable not only for pâtés, but also for terrines and balontines.
