Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 100 ml herbal vinegar
  • 400 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp herbal salt
  • 3 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp, heaped dill
  • 500 ml natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion and garlic and place them in a blender along with the mustard, oil, and vinegar. Blend for about 5 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients in the order in which they were added. Blend thoroughly again. Then pour into sealable containers. The salad dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
