Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • Milk
  • 6 slices of toast
  • Syrup (maple syrup)
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the eggs in a deep dish with a splash of milk. Dip a slice of toast into the egg, let it soak up the mixture, and fry in a pan until golden brown. Melt a knob of butter over the toast and drizzle with maple syrup. (Instead of maple syrup, you can also use honey or Nutella, for example.)
