Scalloped potatoes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 potatoes
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some flavoring
  • some fried potato seasoning
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda, medium-aged) or pasta cheese, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Just wash the potatoes thoroughly, using a brush if necessary. Then halve the potatoes lengthwise. Place them in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper or Aromat or potato seasoning (it all tastes delicious). Then drizzle with a little oil and bake in the oven at around 200 degrees. Bake for around 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with shredded spicy cheese (or medium-aged Gouda – whichever you prefer). Bake for another 10 minutes or so until the cheese has melted and is golden yellow. You’ve got a great side dish for grilling or as is with various meat, fish or poultry dishes.
