Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simply

Mix the eggs and cream in a shallow bowl or deep plate. Spread Nutella on the slices of toast. Cut the marshmallows into the desired size and top six Nutella slices with them. Place the remaining slices of toast on top of the Nutella-marshmallow slices and press them together firmly. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Coat both sides of the toast in the egg cream and then add it to the pan. Fry until the underside is golden brown, then flip. Add a little more butter if necessary. Fry this side as well until golden brown. Repeat this process with all the remaining slices of toast. Tip: You can also use bananas or strawberries instead of marshmallows. They’re also delicious and not quite as sweet. They also provide a fruity alternative.
