Fresh Colorful Salad – Kind of Farmer’s Salad
The perfect fresh colorful salad – kind of farmer’s salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
*Salad dressing*
- 1 half Cucumber fresh
- 1 Red pointed pepper
- 1 small can Corn
- 1 small can Tuna fillet
- 1 packet Feta cheese
- 16 piece Pitted black olives
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Bianco balsamic vinegar
- Pertersil, finely chopped
- Sea salt from the mill
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Honey
- The salad can of course be varied with other ingredients, e.g. onions, tomatoes, etc. to suit your taste. 😉
- Open the cans a little and let them drain. When it has drained well, open it first.
- Wash romaine lettuce, pluck into appropriate pieces and place in cold water. Peel the cucumber and cut into quarter pieces. Halve the olives. Wash the peppers, cut in half, core and cut into thin strips. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
- Layer everything in a salad bowl, only the romaine lettuce just before serving, drain, spin and add.

- I have not given exact quantities as it is always prepared by feel. It should be about 2 units of oil and then 1 good unit of vinegar ,,, so 2 to 1, whereby I always add a little more vinegar, because the honey is still there. 😉
- Put the vinegar, oil, honey, herbs, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and shake well. Shake again before serving and spread over the salad, fold in everything once and serve.
