Ingredients
- 8 Herring freshly cut fish
- 4 Fresh onion
- 8 Potato
- 250 g Butter
- 250 ml Milk
- 100 g Flour
- Salt pepper
- 4 Pickled cucumber pickled
Instructions
- Fry 10g butter and the onion, cut into rings and breaded in 50g flour, until golden brown and park.
- Parry herring fillets, cut out the back bones, shorten the belly flap and clean the rib bones.
- Sour the fish with lime juice and season with salt.
- Prepare a mashed potato from the potatoes, milk and 100g butter. Keep warm.
- Turn the herring fillets in flour and fry them in plenty of fat until crispy
- Melt 50g butter with 2 rosemary needles and a little oregano. Pour over the mashed potatoes with the onion rings.
- Serve with a fresh salad, e.g. cucumber.
