Ingredients
 

  • 8 Herring freshly cut fish
  • 4 Fresh onion
  • 8 Potato
  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 100 g Flour
  • Salt pepper
  • 4 Pickled cucumber pickled

Instructions
 

  • Fry 10g butter and the onion, cut into rings and breaded in 50g flour, until golden brown and park.
  • Parry herring fillets, cut out the back bones, shorten the belly flap and clean the rib bones.
  • Sour the fish with lime juice and season with salt.
  • Prepare a mashed potato from the potatoes, milk and 100g butter. Keep warm.
  • Turn the herring fillets in flour and fry them in plenty of fat until crispy
  • Melt 50g butter with 2 rosemary needles and a little oregano. Pour over the mashed potatoes with the onion rings.
  • Serve with a fresh salad, e.g. cucumber.
