  • 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
  • ½ mango(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 150 g grapes, light
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml coconut milk

Instructions

Wash the lamb’s lettuce, peel and chop the mango and banana, and blend everything with the grapes, water, and coconut milk in a blender. This smoothie tastes best served ice cold!
