Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g hazelnuts, ground
- 250 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ⅛ liter of coffee
- ⅛ liter milk
- Fat, for the shape
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling or icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without eggs and additional fat, for 12 pieces
Mix the ingredients and pour into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45-50 minutes. Once cooled, either dust with powdered sugar or glaze.
