Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 can of corn
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely dice the garlic and slice the leek into thin rings. Sauté both in a pan with the butter for a few minutes. Then add the drained corn, vegetable stock powder, and crème fraîche. Simmer gently until the leek reaches the desired firmness. Season with salt and pepper, and add herbs if desired.
