Fried Egg with Zucchini and Meat Loaf

The perfect fried egg with zucchini and meat loaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Garnish:

  • 4 piece Zucchini slices 5cm
  • 1 piece Slice of meat loaf, diced
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 2 piece Wholemeal bread slices
  • 2 tbsp Meat salad basis
  • 1 stalk Parsley
  • 4 piece Radi disks
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Rock salt

Fried eggs with zucchini:

  1. Fry the zucchini slices and the meat loaf in the pan until they get color and then add the two eggs and let them set. Cut the radish and season with salt and pepper so that it “pulls juice” and garnish everything together on a rustic wooden board with the meat salad.

To:

  1. A nice wheat beer. A nice wine or non-alcoholic is of course also possible.
