Fried Mixed Pepper Rice with Fried Egg
The perfect fried mixed pepper rice with fried egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 75 g Basmati rice
- 275 ml Water
- 250 g Bell pepper (½ red / ½ yellow / ½ green)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Ketchup Manis
- 1 tsp Mild curry powder
- 1 tsp Cooking cream
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- Sweet chili sauce
- Boil basmati rice (75 g) in water (275 ml) for about 20 minutes and let cool down well. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Heat butter (1 tbsp) in a pan, fry the diced paprika vigorously / stir-fry and season with sweet soy sauce (1 teaspoon), mild curry powder (1 teaspoon) and cooking cream (1 teaspoon). Finally add the cooked rice and fry it vigorously. Fry the eggs (2 pieces) in a pan with sunflower oil and 2 tins to make decorative fried eggs. Finally, season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Serve fried paprika mix rice with fried egg and serve with sweet chili sauce.
