Ingredients

fried potatoes

  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 0,5 Carrot
  • 6 slices Salami
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt pepper
  • Caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder

cucumber salad

  • 1 Cucumber fresh
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • Frozen dill
  • 4 Pickled gherkins

Instructions

  • Cut the potatoes and carrot into thin slices, dice the onion and salami. With the above Season the ingredients and fry them until golden brown. So that the potatoes are cooked but not burned, use a pan with a lid and reduce the energy. A little later, add the onion and carrot to the pan with the potatoes. Finally fold in the eggs and let them set.
  • For the cucumber salad, cut the cucumber into slices and mix well with salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice, dill and a little olive oil. If you like to season the cucumber salad differently, you should do it after gusto. Taste! The simple cucumber salad is ready.
  • The pickle is intended as a contrast to the fried potatoes, but it can also be left out and replaced with something else.
  • If things have to go fast, I also like something like that.
