- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt (Himalayan salt or fleur de sel)

as a side dish
As a side dish, for example, with aspic, peel the potatoes, cut them into approximately 2 cm x 2 cm cubes, and cook for 18 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan (you can use more oil if you like). Immediately add the drained potatoes to the hot pan and fry for about 5 minutes until crispy. Season with salt before serving.
