Neck steaks with potato crust

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 steak(s) (neck steaks)
  • 2 packs of Swiss-style Rösti
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika and sear them on both sides in a little oil, then place them in a greased baking dish. Mix the rösti with sour cream and cheese and spread them on top of the steaks. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
