Fried Potatoes in Company with Fried Herring and Pickles

  • 500 g Jacket potatoes, cut
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 50 g Diced Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Frying fat (animal fat)
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Herbal salt, wild garlic
  • 150 g Grated cheese (any)
  • Drained fried herring preserves
  • Pickled cucumber
