Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Jacket potatoes, cut
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 50 g Diced Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Frying fat (animal fat)
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Herbal salt, wild garlic
  • 150 g Grated cheese (any)
  • Drained fried herring preserves
  • Pickled cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Heat the barafat in the wock, add the onions and bacon and sauté until translucent, add the potato slices and fry in them to taste, season with wild garlic and pepper.
  • When the fried potatoes have reached the desired color and crispness, season with salt, cover with the grated cheese, let melt, stir briefly, arrange on plates and serve. We served the fried herring and the pickled cucumber as a side dish
