Herring Bites with Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Herring bites in dill infusion
  • 200 g Cooked potatoes (triplets)
  • 75 g 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 0,5 tsp Whole caraway seeds
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Cut the potatoes into slices. Peel and halve the onion and cut into fine strips. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, add the potato slices and fry well. Turn carefully every now and then. Season with whole caraway (½ teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Spread the onions on top and continue to fry everything vigorously / stir-fry carefully.
