Fried Potatoes with Black Pudding in Mustard and Cream Sauce

- Jacket potatoes from the previous day
- 1 a cup Cream 10% fat
- 1 Red onion, diced
- 3 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 0,25 Bd Chopped parsley until smooth
- 1 Black pudding in the ring
- Cut the jacket potatoes into even cubes and fry them in a little lard or oil until crispy. Add the black pudding cut into cubes and fry well. Then deglaze the whole thing with the cream and stir in the mustard. Then let the whole thing thicken a little, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
