alternative:
- 3 Pc. Homemade blood sausage + liver sausage
- 500 g Potato cubes
- 1 tablespoon Margarine
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
Garden salad:
- 0,5 Pc. Fresh endive
- 1 toe Chopped garlic
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
- 2 tablespoon Wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Cut endives, cut parts, wash thoroughly, drain, spin dry.
- Peel, wash and cut the potato. Fry in hot fat, season with salt.
- Place fresh homemade on the plate. Or use canned sausage.
- Peel the garlic + onion and cut into small cubes.
- Make the vinaigrett and use it to dress the salad.
- Arrange on the plates.
- Serve the salad separately.
