  • 3 Pc. Homemade blood sausage + liver sausage
  • 500 g Potato cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt

Garden salad:

  • 0,5 Pc. Fresh endive
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon Wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cut endives, cut parts, wash thoroughly, drain, spin dry.
  2. Peel, wash and cut the potato. Fry in hot fat, season with salt.
  3. Place fresh homemade on the plate. Or use canned sausage.
  4. Peel the garlic + onion and cut into small cubes.
  5. Make the vinaigrett and use it to dress the salad.
  6. Arrange on the plates.
