Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g potato(s), waxy
- 2 diced onions
- ½ head of white cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic
- Bacon, diced, as desired
- Margarine for frying
- 8 eggs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Fry the bacon, onions, and garlic in a pan, not cooking them all the way through. Then add the chopped cabbage and sauté lightly. Finally, add the raw, sliced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Once the potatoes are cooked through, stir in the eggs, scrambled.
