Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 potatoes, fist-sized
  • 260 g Leberkäse, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • n. B. Margarine (Rama Culinesse)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes and fry them raw with a little margarine over medium-high heat. Once they have softened and begun to brown (about 20 minutes), add the diced bell pepper. At the same time, add the Leberkäse to another pan with a little margarine and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes. 260g makes 4 small slices. After another 2-5 minutes, add the eggs to another pan and fry over medium heat. At the same time, add the sliced ​​onion to the Leberkäse. Season all ingredients to taste. Increase or decrease the heat as needed.
