Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 potatoes, fist-sized
- 260 g Leberkäse, sliced
- 4 eggs
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- n. B. Margarine (Rama Culinesse)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Peel the potatoes and fry them raw with a little margarine over medium-high heat. Once they have softened and begun to brown (about 20 minutes), add the diced bell pepper. At the same time, add the Leberkäse to another pan with a little margarine and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes. 260g makes 4 small slices. After another 2-5 minutes, add the eggs to another pan and fry over medium heat. At the same time, add the sliced onion to the Leberkäse. Season all ingredients to taste. Increase or decrease the heat as needed.
