Fried shrimp with garlic and spring onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g shrimp(s), fresh
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • nutmeg
  • e.g. olive oil
  • n. B. white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel, devein, and then clean the shrimp. Make a marinade with the lime juice, a little salt, pepper, nutmeg, and curry powder. Mix this with the shrimp. Slice the spring onions and finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and briefly fry the shrimp. After about 2 minutes, add the spring onions and garlic. Finally, deglaze with a splash of white wine.
