Ingredients
- 500 g Asparagus spears green
- Salt
- 250 g Tagliatelle
- 100 g Smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp Chopped dill
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Sesame
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends. Cut the asparagus sticks into pieces as desired, and cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes until firm to the bite. Then drain. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Cut salmon into pieces. Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Heat the butter in a pan. Briefly fry the asparagus, pasta, tomatoes, salmon, sesame and dill in it, add oil and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. And serve.
