Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 onions
- 300 ml broth
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- vegetable oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat a pan with a little vegetable oil and fry the finely chopped onions until they develop a roasted flavor. Deglaze the pan with the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Now add the spices and mix well, gradually stirring in the tomato paste. Let the mixture simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Finally, season to taste, adding more seasoning if necessary, and thicken with tomato paste or something similar if necessary. If you prefer a sweeter flavor, you can refine it with sugar or sweetener.
