Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 onions
- 300 ml broth
- 4 bell peppers, red, roasted
- 1 tsp, leveled curry powder
- 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- vegetable oil

Heat a pan with a little vegetable oil and fry the finely chopped onions until they acquire a roasted flavor. Deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Now add the spices and the finely chopped bell peppers, mix well, and slowly stir in the tomato paste. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, season to taste, adding more seasoning if necessary, and thicken with tomato paste or something similar if necessary. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add sugar or sweetener.
