Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 ml milk
- 2 tbsp flour or more, as needed
- Salt
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 liter meat broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Bring the meat broth to a boil. Combine the milk with the flour, then stir in the egg and salt. If the batter is too thin, add a little more flour. Cook 2-3 thin pancakes (pancakes) from the batter in a pan. Let the pancakes cool, roll them up, and cut into strips. Divide the strips among deep plates, pour over the meat broth, and serve sprinkled with chives. A great way to use up leftover pancakes.
