Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of clove powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 cup apricot(s), soaked
  • 1 cup plum(s), soaked
  • 2 cup(s) walnuts
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cup(s) wheat flour
  • 2 cups wheat bran
  • 1 cup corn flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Let the corn flour, yeast, and lukewarm water rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Then stir in the honey. Then add all the other ingredients and knead well. Let the dough rest for 1.5 hours, shape into a loaf, and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes.
