Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g plums, cherries, apricots, nectarines, peaches etc.
- 120 g nuts, ground
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- 5 tbsp sugar, or equivalent amount of sweetener
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ dl milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt

delicious and quick casserole with seasonal fruits
Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a baking dish. Wash, slice, and core the fruit. Mix the sugar, cinnamon, breadcrumbs, and nuts together and pour a little into the dish. Layer the fruit in the dish and sprinkle the remaining nut mixture over the top. Mix the ingredients for the glaze thoroughly and pour over the top. Bake in the lower half of the oven for about 30-40 minutes. Tip: Mix the fruit, e.g., peaches and apricots. Note: The calorie count refers to the plums.
