Fruit Curd with Cream

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 150 g Blueberries
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 a cup Whipped cream
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Wash the fruit well. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and mix with the quark. Finally mix in the fruit and the delicious, refreshing quark is ready! Good Appetite!!
