Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g fruit, as desired
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 100 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar, or equivalent amount of sweetener
- possibly soy flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix together cottage cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, and sugar or sweetener. Stir in the oatmeal. Pit any fruit, cut into small pieces, and stir in. Let it sit briefly. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of soy flakes on top, if desired. Tip: Vary with seasonal fruits, e.g., peaches, nectarines, strawberries, melons, apples, pears, mango, kiwi, apricots, etc. This muesli makes a great small snack, ideal for a little between-meal hunger, and helps satisfy sweet cravings. It’s also perfect to take to the office.
