Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • ¼ liter of tea (fruit tea)
  • 1 liter grape juice, red
  • ¼ liter orange juice
  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 2 lemon(s), untreated, the juice and some zest
  • 8 carnations
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 piece(s) ginger (approx. 1.5 – 2 cm), finely chopped
  • 1 star anise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

The fruit punch is really delicious and was always a big hit at our kindergarten parties.

Prepare the fruit tea, add the juices, and pour the spices into a tea strainer. Bring to a boil, then let it steep for about 10 minutes. You can use a little more tea depending on your taste.
