Winter radicchio salad with oranges

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of radicchio
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 100 g Camembert(s) or other soft cheese
  • 1 orange(s), untreated
  • 25 ml orange juice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • some salt and pepper
  • optional spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, remove the leaves from the radicchio and briefly rinse them with lukewarm water. Then remove the white core in the middle and cut the leaves into thin strips. Chop the walnuts slightly smaller and cut the Camembert into small cubes. Combine everything in a bowl. Grate about 1/4 of the orange zest and place it in a separate container for the dressing. Peel the orange and cut the flesh into small pieces. Add the orange juice, vinegar, oil, agave syrup, salt, and pepper to the orange zest. You can also refine the dressing with other spices if you like. Mix everything together and serve.
