Fruit Pureed with Budwig Quark and Homemade Lino Flour
The perfect fruit pureed with budwig quark and homemade lino flour recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Blueberries fresh
- 100 g Fresh strawberries
- 100 g Blackberries fresh
- For the Budwig quark
- 100 g Organic low-fat quark
- 30 ml Linseed oil
- 30 ml Organic fresh milk
- 30 ml Vanilla pulp
- 1 tbsp Organic honey
- For the lino flour
- 6 tbsp Linseed
- 2 tbsp Liquid organic honey
- Miscellaneous
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Peeled hemp seeds
- Wash the fruit, put it in the blender and puree
- Mix the quark with the milk and linseed oil well, then stir in the vanilla pulp and honey.
- Grind the flaxseed in a blender, place in a bowl and mix well with the honey.
- Serving: distribute the pureed fruit on 2 plates, serve with the quark, sprinkle 1 tablespoon each of chia seeds and hemp seeds and add a little bit of the lino flour on top.
- Note 5: When the fruits are nicely chilled, it is a super refreshing meal on warmer days.
