Fruit Pureed with Budwig Quark and Homemade Lino Flour

The perfect fruit pureed with budwig quark and homemade lino flour recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Blueberries fresh
  • 100 g Fresh strawberries
  • 100 g Blackberries fresh
  • For the Budwig quark
  • 100 g Organic low-fat quark
  • 30 ml Linseed oil
  • 30 ml Organic fresh milk
  • 30 ml Vanilla pulp
  • 1 tbsp Organic honey
  • For the lino flour
  • 6 tbsp Linseed
  • 2 tbsp Liquid organic honey
  • Miscellaneous
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Peeled hemp seeds
  1. Wash the fruit, put it in the blender and puree
  2. Mix the quark with the milk and linseed oil well, then stir in the vanilla pulp and honey.
  3. Grind the flaxseed in a blender, place in a bowl and mix well with the honey.
  4. Serving: distribute the pureed fruit on 2 plates, serve with the quark, sprinkle 1 tablespoon each of chia seeds and hemp seeds and add a little bit of the lino flour on top.
  5. Note 5: When the fruits are nicely chilled, it is a super refreshing meal on warmer days.
