Fruit salad with Advent cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 small pomegranate
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Cinnamon powder
  • n. B. Nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the banana and apple and dice them. Hollow out the small pomegranate (if it’s too large, use only half, otherwise the seeds will get in the way). Mix the fruit in a bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the quark with the vanilla sugar and season with honey and cinnamon. Transfer the fruit to dessert glasses and fill with the cream. Garnish with cinnamon or nuts.
