Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 apples, diced
- 3 orange(s), diced
- 1 large banana(s) (or 2 small ones), sliced
- 1 grapefruit(s), filleted and diced
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 2 tbsp sugar or raw cane sugar, maple syrup, honey or sweetener
- 2 tbsp Amaretto (or almond syrup for children)
- 50 g brittle (sesame brittle)

Place the diced fruit in a bowl and toss to combine. Stir in the lemon juice and sugar (or raw cane sugar, maple syrup, honey, or sweetener). Place the sesame brittle in a freezer bag or leave it in the packaging and break it up with the back of a knife or a hammer. Drizzle the amaretto (or almond syrup) over the fruit salad and sprinkle the sesame brittle on top. Briefly mix everything and serve immediately if possible.
