Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 175 g chocolate, dark, chopped
- 125 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 75 g brown sugar
- 75 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 200 g nuts (pecan), chopped (alternatively walnuts)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Melt the chocolate and butter. Let cool. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until very creamy. Then stir in the cooled chocolate. Gradually stir in the flour mixture, then fold in the nuts and chocolate. Drop the batter, tablespoon at a time, onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the top is firm. Leave the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. This yields approximately 20-25 large or 40-50 small cookies, depending on the size.
