Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 orange(s) (organic), 1/4 of the peel is also needed
- 1 pear(s)
- ½ avocado(s), ripe
- 1 piece(s) ginger root, walnut-sized
- 1 slice of lemon (organic) with peel
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
simply
Peel everything except the pear and the lemon slice. Roughly dice the fruit and avocado. Place in a blender with the finely chopped ginger and finely chopped orange zest. Add a little water and blend into a smoothie. If the consistency is still too thick, add a little more water.
