Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 25 g cream cheese
  • 75 g milk
  • 25 g honey
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 orange(s), juice
  • 25 g cream cheese
  • 10 g honey
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g milk
  • 20 g honey

For the first layer (ingredients 1-5), puree the avocado flesh with the lemon juice, cream cheese, milk, and honey. Season to taste and fill 5 glasses. For the second layer (ingredients 6-10), peel and chop the mango, and puree it with the orange and lemon juice, cream cheese, and honey. Place on top of the first layer. For the third layer (ingredients 11-15), puree the slightly thawed raspberries with the banana, lemon juice, milk, and honey and drizzle over the dessert as the final layer. Serve with whipped cream. The recipe is easy to make, can be prepared well, keeps in the fridge for up to 2 days, and is a huge hit!
