Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 tbsp olive oil, Spanish
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp chili, dried
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 pack of seafood (frozen seafood)
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for salad, with pasta or simply as a starter

Heat oil in a pan. Roughly dice the garlic and add it. Add salt, lemon juice, and chili to the oil. When the oil is hot enough, add the Frutti di Mare. Gently fry at medium heat for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with basil. Delicious as an appetizer with bread. You can also drain the Frutti di Mare and add it to a salad, or serve the whole mixture over spaghetti.
