Fruity and Sweet Spelled Pancakes
The perfect fruity and sweet spelled pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Spelled flour
- 8 Eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- 150 ml Mineral water
- 150 ml Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Put all ingredients except the flour in a measuring cup with a mixer.
- Put the spelled flour in a bowl. Slowly add the milk-egg mixture and stir to a smooth batter.
- Then heat a coated pan and melt the butter in it, then add the pancake mixture and fry until golden brown on both sides.
